  • Design concepts, mood boards, drawings, and specifications remain the intellectual property of Cwtch Design Oxford until the project is paid in full
  • We reserve the right to use photographs of completed projects for our portfolio and marketing, unless you request otherwise in writing

Fees and Payment

  • Our fees are quoted on a project-by-project basis and confirmed in writing before work begins
  • Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements
  • Late payments may be subject to interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
